1. Shipping & Delivery
1.1 Dispatch Timeline
We ship orders through trusted third-party logistics partners. Most of our pieces are made-to-order, so delivery timelines vary by product and designer. Estimated timelines are mentioned on individual product pages.

1.2 Delivery Information
Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact details. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.
1.3 Delivery Attempts
If the first delivery attempt fails, we will contact you for a second attempt. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
1.4 Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, political situations, or other factors beyond our control. Customers will be informed of any delays via official communication channels.
1.5 Courier Responsibility
We work with reliable courier partners; however, we are not liable for the actions or omissions of delivery personnel. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the courier company.
1.6 Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email and/or SMS. Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues beyond our control.

Duties, customs charges, and taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery

Customers are responsible for customs clearance, documentation, and any delays or penalties imposed by customs authorities
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.
4. Goods Not Received Policy
4.1 Reporting Timeline
If your order is not received, you must report the issue within 7 working days from the expected delivery date by emailing care@thejawahar.com.
4.2 Proof of Delivery
Deliveries are contactless. Proof of delivery provided by the courier partner serves as valid confirmation. Tracking details act as evidence of dispatch and delivery.
4.3 Responsibility
Once dispatched, the customer is responsible for coordinating with the courier company in case of delivery issues. By placing an order, the customer agrees that the merchant is not liable for missing deliveries once proof of dispatch is provided.
4.4 Investigation & Support
Upon reporting a non-receipt issue, our team will review the case and assist you in coordinating with the courier. Final resolution depends on courier confirmation and investigation findings.
